Basic furniture gives a family the sense of pride, hope, stability, as well as giving a safe and well-equipped environment.
We are the most socially and environmentally responsible furniture removal solution! We are also closed to the public and are not accepting any furniture dropoffs. Philadelphia Furniture Bank collects gently used furniture from the public in our warehouse and provides it to individuals and families in crisis.
DFB has touched the lives of over 17,000 and will impact an additional 2,000 in this year. In 2019, the Furniture Bank provided furniture to more than 5,000 people in need.
The Chicago Furniture Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that collects donations of gently used furniture and household goods and distributes them to families and individuals transitioning into supportive housing.
