Furniture Etc Return Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Furniture etc return policy. Attach to package and send. We will allow you to return or exchange outdoor furniture within 30 days of when you receive it. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping and/or any restock fees) once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Furniture and rug returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Delivery to a rural location, if possible, may take an additional 2 weeks. Accessories have a 3 day return policy.

For shipments where a signature is required, someone over 18 must be present to inspect and sign for. Aaron’s Damage Policy Aaron’s damage policy depends on when the damage occurred. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via The Home Depot store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by The Home Depot.

Oversized Items cannot be delivered to international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO. Coleman Furniture’s return policy has a number of restrictions and should be carefully reviewed before purchasing furniture. Wrong part ordered, changed my mind, did not like it etc.
